- Summary: Gerard Butler/How to Train Your Dragon: HRN-3648 How To Train Your Dragon Gerard Butler
- Description:06:24:46 - Sound Bite: Gerard Butler I mean my first big job in America, well big for me anyway was uh was a mini series playing Attila, so played Attila the Hun. And I played Beowulf in a movie called Beowulf and Grendel, it was a Viking uhm then there was obviously Leonidas who was a Spartan and and and you could even throw in you know ? and Timeline. So a lot of those kind of warrior roles are just historical dramas or adventures but never have I done it in animated form. So that was fun. 06:25:30 - Sound Bite: Gerard Butler No Craigs a friend of mine, I mean we, we get on like a house on fire. This is the second movie weve done together uhm and were talking you know about making more because I love, my most fun part of the press is when were doing stuff together. Hes just the best guy, hes so smart and hes but hes just a really good soul to have around you. A barrel of laughs and uhm yeah I also think hes the best thing in this film. 06:26:11 - Sound Bite: Gerard Butler The weathers probably nicer here. Uhm the traffic isnt as bad over there. Uhm you know when Im in Scotland Im home you know and I think anybody can say that for any country that they live in but Im very at home in the land there, I know the people because we have the same humor and all that. And here though its true, the sun shines a lot more, the seasons are far less obvious and uhm and its much more about this business. Their really isnt much to do with the movie business in Scotland, so. I love both, I love dipping in and out of both. 06:27:03 - Sound Bite: Gerard Butler Uh yeah it is. Maybe not as liberating as I thought it was gonna be because suddenly you feel weird. You go oh no this is too easy Im doing my own voice, Im, I need to work harder at this. And Im used to that because my last four or five movies have been pretty much in American accents. So uhm but at the same time it is nice to be able to do your own thing and actually when I saw the movie I went back and did a lot of it again because I wanted my Scottish accent to be stronger, very weird but thats what I did.
