Anyone who wishes to view the video previews of particular footage and/or participates in any interactive activities offered on this site may be asked to complete subscription registration for an ID and password.
We use this contact information to establish a user’s suitability for an account (approval is given on a case by case basis). By registering, you are providing us with specific consent to use your personal data only for the purposes for which you have disclosed it to us.
SCREENOCEAN may use contact information to send the registrant information about their account.
Financial information that is collected may be used to bill the user for any products and services purchased from SCREENOCEAN.
The registrant's contact information is also used to contact the user who has purchased goods from this site when necessary for customer service reasons. Unique identifiers, such as ID and passwords, are collected to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system
The personal information collected from the user, by one of the methods outlined above, allows SCREENOCEAN to provide services including: Contacting the user, managing contacts and sending communications, registration and authentication, analytics and SPAM protection. Managing contacts and sending communications
The following services make it possible for SCREENOCEAN to manage registered users, including storing and maintaining personal information, such as Name, Email, Company etc., and communication with users that have signed up to receive our marketing material. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the user, as well as when the user interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
Data supplied by you for the purposes of registration and marketing services is stored and maintained by the following:
Salesforce CRM. Salesforce CRM data security has been certified to comply with a number of international standards including PCI DSS, FISMA, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, SAS 70 Type II, SysTrust, and EU-US and Swiss-US Safe Harbor.

Mailchimp. Mailchimp is an email address management and message sending service provided by Mailchimp Inc.
MailChimp has annually certified their agreement to EU/US and Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks since 2007. Since the Safe Harbor Frameworks have been replaced by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, Mailchimp has certified its agreement with the Privacy Shield Frameworks. Registration and Authentication
The site is hosted by Imagen Ltd. When a user registers to the site, their personal information is securely stored within the Imagen EVP system, managed by SCREENOCEAN. Imagen is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller under the UK Data Protection Act of 1998. See their Privacy Policy for more details.
Registered users’ personal information is transferred and stored in Salesforce CRM. See above.
Analytics
Information is "aggregated" -- meaning that the information from many users is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular user. We may use this aggregated information to determine user traffic statistics for this site (including without limitation to determine browser usage, duration of stay, the referring URL, IP address geographical location, etc.) and to evaluate which products and services are successful and which ones are not, and in order to evaluate which new services we should make available on this site.

It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for SCREENOCEAN to disclose your personal information. While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using the security and other measures set forth herein, SCREENOCEAN cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
