- Description:14:23:31 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart was he looking forward to playing in a big event movie like this Yeah, well no theres a lot of things to like, I mean the Batman, uh I feel honored to be in Batman, to work with Warner Brothers and to work with Chris Nolan whos basically um taken the franchise in his own personal kind of direction which I think is genius, and to work with everybody in it, you know Christian and Michael and Heath and you know Gary, um theres a lot of things to like about this movie and now that Ive seen it its just its mindblowing. 14:24:15 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart did it feel like one of the biggest movie sets hes been on It was, I mean you know, I dont know that theres been any bigger, uh you know it was fun to be like on the rooftop in the middle of the night with the bat signal and batman and everything and look around and everywhere you see within miles its lit up as us, you know we lit up the entire city, I mean its just was mindblowing and um you know youll see when you see the movie for the viewers the stunts that are real you know and as much as Chris could he wanted these stunts to be real, this movie feels like its happening, its not you know computer generated, so I think thats gonna have a great effect on the audience. 14:25:03 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart makeup on his face Uh I didnt do it myself. (talks) No its, its an ancient secret. Yeah its uh we got it out of the our attic. No its uh it was a marvelous job by artists that transformed my face and really um made it easy to uh be Two Face. 14:25:42 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart what did he think of Heaths performance Mind blowing. I mean Ive used that word 3 times now, um. (talks) Uh great, um you know uh, working with him, everybody knew that something special was going on, that he was totally invested, that he had his spin on this character, his vision, his creation, um that he was so personally involved with this character um it was a joy and a thrill to work with him, it was exciting. 14:26:18 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart what did Heath do to stay in character I dont know, I wasnt around him all the time, but when he was very personable uh when I worked with him and uh you know joked around. The crew loved him, I mean truly loved him he electrified everybody and uh um no I mean theres a lot of baby pictures and talking about children and because this whole movie, everybody had kids on this movie, small children yeah so uh and Chris keeps a very light um and easy going set. 14:26:59 - Sound Bite: Aaron Eckhart on Heaths performance Oh Heath yeah, well the character was written dark um you know uh he gravitated Im sure for his own reasons, but um. (talks) Yeah, oh well yeah, he was, thats the genius about it, you know I mean his mannerisms, what he did physically, what was going on mentally and how he played with uh um you know we can see what he was thinking, you know and that was fun, and its always fun when um somebody like a good delicious villain in a movie you know goes he does something that were not expecting. We expect him to go this way, and he goes this way. And I think Heath did that a lot and that kind of surprised us and he really made us want more with him, so it was an honor to work with him and to I think everybodys gonna really appreciate his performance.
