We read endless column inches about rising knife crime,underage sex,gang violence,obesity and more. It would be easy to believe that British kids are a lost generation. According to UNICEF's most comprehensive survey yet into childhood and family life,British children have it worse than kids in any other developed country.
And it's not just the headlines that say that the nation's parents are getting it all wrong and#8211; parents are saying so too. Twenty percent of them say that they're doing a worse job than their own parents and almost one third believe that they're failing their kids. But are they? Can it really be true that Britain's mums and dads are clueless no-hopers? JO FROST doesn't believe it and she's going to spend summer 09 hitting the road to find out the truth. and#160;
