It is a city of two million people on the border with El Paso, Texas and is known for its foreign-owned sweatshops that attract unemployed migrants, especially women, from all over Mexico. But in the last ten years it has become infamous for its serial killings. More than 370 women have been killed, of whom at least 137 were raped prior to death. Reporter Sandra Jordan and director/ cameraman Rodrigo Vazquez travel to Ciudad Juarez to find out who is responsible for the killing, and why they haven't been caught. Their investigation unveils a nightmare world where there is no justice for the poor, where drug lords are the law and a culture of impunity allows women to be used as playthings in a sick and brutal 'game'
