- Title: 10 Years Younger: In Ten Days
- Date: 2nd June 2004
- Summary: Stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones presents an extreme makeover show which aims to make someone look at least ten years younger each week. The participant has to undergo a humiliating poll in which members of the general public have to guess their age. The participant inevitably looks older than they should for their age and Hambleton-Jones confronts them with their average poll age. The programme then attempts to improve the participant's look by using a combination of plastic surgery, dentistry,a new haircut,make-up and a new wardrobe in the hope that a second poll will produce an average age that is at least ten years younger than the first result. The real challenge, however,is that all this has to be done in just ten days. Narrator: Simon Chadwick Producer: Marrisa Merry (episode six) Sue Tomkins works the nightshift at a residential home and when she is not working she is out partying, drinking and smoking, this has taken it's toll on Sue's looks and her average age has come out at 54. Sue is actually 45 years old and admits that she probably doesn't get enough sleep. Beverly Copella gives Sue a warmer hair colour to brighten her complexion. Next Sue goes to see plastic surgeon Jan Stanek where she has a brow lift and a chemical peel. Sue also has Botox around her eyes to lessen the crows' feet and then re-addresses her twenty-year-old wardrobe. Jane Bradley shows Sue how to wear flattering make-up and finally she has her hair updated. Finally Nicky Hambleton-Jones reveals Sue's new average age as 39 which is fifteen years off the original.
