- Title: The World At Your Feet Snowdonia
- Date: 25th July 1990
- Summary: The 6 day walk across the Snowdonia National Park from Caernarvon Castle to Conway Castle is approximately 50 miles long. There is no official route in existence, so our walkers strike out across country from the low-lying coastal area up over Snowdonia itself and down the other side of the mountains to reach the sea once more at Conway Bay. The walkers cross slate mountains half carved away by quarries to roof the houses of England, passing through narrow half-hidden valleys where the hill sheep run free and rare arctic-alpine plants can be found which grow nowhere else in the British Isles. And above all this, visible for much of the route, the grandeur of Snowdon, itself the highest mountain in Wales - where they descend along the razor-sharp ridge of Crib-Goch - 3,000ft up.
