Summary:The scene is set in a 1930's New York barbers shop. MIKE MCSHANE is pretending to be the barber. Mike is narrating the story of 'Romance in the Roaring forties' to camera and to a priest who is the only customer. Whilst he is telling the story he performs general barbers duties rather inexpertly as he is no barber and is just covering up the fact that there are gangsters in the back room playing a craps game. (The Story of Romance in the Roaring forties:- Waldo Winchester falls for Dave the Dude's doll, Miss Billy Perry. Waldo arranges a surprise wedding ceremony for them - and Dave the Dude's wife is the surprise guest.)
