- Title: Walk On The Wild Side
- Date: 23rd February 1994
- Summary: DEDRIDGE COWBOYS: "I hate them and they hate me". A thirty minute film about hating the police and a life of law and disorder on the streets of a new town. Ugga and Wogs are two young men living in Livingston new town. They have spent the last five years in and out of trouble with the police. Sometimes they have been guilty and sometimes they haven't but that is now what it's about. The situation has become a hard played contest, a game of nerves and skill where both sides know the rules and badly want to win. Cowboys traces their involvement with the police - how it began and why it will never end. It follows them on a trip through their world - a tour around the local police station, a night on the town, a walk with their pit bulls, on community service and going to court. Their story is a tale of the everyday nuts and bolts of how the police dish out law and order. They're not the good guys but the police aren't the cavalry either. No one is innocent - they are all just trying to win the game. Directed by Paul McGuigan.
