Our citizen's parliament will discuss the issues which matter to everyone in a language we all understand. This programme covers the issue of single mothers and their benefit. A motion is proposed to the Parliament. Six MPPs set up a Select Committee to sift the evidence and question expert witnesses, both from the UK and abroad. Another MPP will go on a fact finding mission. Recommendations will be made to the House and a vote will be taken.
