Description:Mugging is still the crime Briton's fear most. Scotland Yard's massive anti-street robbery operation,'Eagle Eye',is nearing the end of its first year. Its launch caused a huge row amongst the black community, who accused the police of labelling all black teenagers 'muggers'. The 'Black Bag' gets unprecedented access to the black policemen who have been running 'Eagle Eye' and discovers who is doing the mugging. The programme will also reveal that while black community leaders and politicians were screaming 'foul' over 'Eagle Eye',they were secretly meeting the Metropolitan police commissioner and giving support to his plans.
