- Title: Dispatches: James 2
- Date: 5th June 1997
- Summary: The investigation continues with fresh light on the terrorist war being waged by rich Libyan exiles on Gaddafi and his supporters. DISPATCHES finds that the weapons being smuggled into Britain on behalf of this group were responsible for the deaths not only of Yvonne Fletcher but also of a Libyan businessman living in London. Shows how the aims of this group were served by being able to pin the deaths of Yvonne Fletcher and this businessman on Gaddafi's supporters. Also questions the role of the British security servcies which had been used for surveillance for some weeks and questions why the SAS were not used to storm the Embassy building although they were on standby for ten days.
