Although less publicly known,police have described Lennie Smith as 'the most dangerous man in Britain'. Reporter DAVID JESSEL reveals that despite evidence of Smith's involvement in the systematic rape and killing of a number of young boys,the Crown Prosecution Service has chosen not to allow allegations against him to go before a judge and jury. Police and other witnesses describe him as a 'sexual predator' and express their concern about the likelihood of him offending again.
