At the conclusion of the build (approx six months) one of the apartments will be auctioned off live on television with any funds above the reserve price going to charity and/or part purchasing a training for one young member of the team. The Building: Royal Arsenal London Founded in 1671,the 300 year old Royal Arsenal was Britain's largest and most important centre for manufacturing military equipment and munitions. This 76 acre site is part of the Thames Gateway Regeneration Initiative and partners Berkeley Homes and the London Development Agency are transforming a part of the site into the Capital's largest residential project. Partners: Berkeley Homes - up to six apartments will be allocated to the programme for complete build and design to budget. Provider of skilled workers to support young workers. The Prince's Trust - Currently working with young people in trades (Skills City events) will assist production company in sourcing teams of young people as per the programme requirements.
