- Summary: Episode Three: Grapes of Wrath The house is in such a mess that there are creatures living in take away packets; Manny gets stress induced cramp so calls a cleaning company to help them out. The Cleaner frightens Bernard and they are forced to leave the house for the night. Luckily Freddie wants someone to house sit for him so they stay at his. He explains to Manny that they can help themselves to all of the wine except the dusty old bottles on the side as he is presenting the rose wine to the Pope. Manny tells Bernard that they are only allowed to drink the old dusty wine so they go straight for the holy rose wine worth seven thousand pounds. Fran goes on a date with a promising divorcee but soon realises yet again that she has found another closet gay man and helps him to come out. Bernard and Manny realise their mistake and decide to make a false batch of wine and re-fill the bottle. A month later Fran goes out on a date with the creepy cleaner and the paper reports that the Pope has been killed by an inferior wine.
