Description:00 51 06 00 Italy, 1910s. Inside an upper-class parlor, a young man in a dinner-jacket reads his mail and is stunned by the bad news he finds there. His fiancze enters, pulling him out of his thoughts. He seems stressed, but feigns cheerfulness. He writes a telegram giving instructions about his wedding preparations, then hands the telegram to his servant. Later, in preparation for the marriage, immense bunches of flowers are brought in by the servants. The servants all bustle about to prepare for the ceremony.
